London's great ties with Japan just got stronger, increased trading means better Wagyu for all!
Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) in conjunction with the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Japan (MAFF), presented iconic Japanese food ingredients - Rice, Wagyu (beef), Tea and Seafood - alongside beautiful Japanese Flowers and Bonsai in a series of talks and demonstrations which followed a delicious course of Japanese food.
