Celebrating Peru’s rich culinary heritage, SUSHISAMBA and Michelin starred LIMA are joining forces for a unique culinary collaboration: Peru at New Heights.
On 16th April, Virgilio Martinez and Robert Ortiz of Michelin-starred LIMA will join forces with Claudio Cardoso and Andreas Bollanos of Sushisamba to bring diners the chance to experience an eight course tasting menu celebrating a shared respect of Peruvian cuisine. Held at Sushisamba, the unique culinary collaboration, will see dishes including Andean tubers ceviche and toro tiradito with yuzu soy, wasabi pickle, black truffle and yuzu caviar served to lucky guests.
