From 1st May, Tredwell’s, part of Marcus Wareing Restaurants, will be serving up breakfast and brunch.
Brunch, it's something which up till now really hasn't played much of a part in the UK. It's an american thing. Perhaps us brits are far too proud of our breakfast to combine it with lunch? But when you if you do it well enough, perhaps combine it with mimosas or other fun 'brunch' drinks, it takes on a whole new meaning, and is certainly a bandwagon worth getting on, it's only just arrived.
So when Marcus took up the challenge, I was sure he was going to hit it. And indeed, it transpires they've got a winner on their hands.

Right in the vibrant and trendy Seven Dials quarter in Covent Garden, the new menu will include fresh juices and smoothies as well as breakfast classics; virtuous housemade granola, coconut yogurt mousse, fresh strawberries, caramelised banana eggy bread, bacon, maple syrup and chorizo jam, slow cooked egg and avocado on toasted sourdough.
If you're planning on taking a large group, they even take bookings.
