Have you ever been to Naples? No need! Rossopomodoro makes pizza the only way they know how - with total awesomeness.
They also do some rather more interesting pizzas alongside the normal ones - check these out!
Broccolella — Purple broccoli, cherry tomato, mozzarella, nduja.
Cornucopia — Buffalo ricotta, aubergines; cherry tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella; baby spinach, smoked mozzarella, mature ricotta.
Farfallone — Buffalo ricotta, nduja; courgette, mozzarella, speck; mozzarella, bresaola, rocket, Parmesan.
Fru Fru — Buffalo ricotta, Neapolitan salami; tomato sauce, mozzarella; Parma ham, rocket, basil.
These guys know what they're doing when it comes to pizza, they even source many of their ingredients straight from Italy - just like the Sorrento Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Crikey that looks yummy!
If you visit any Rossopomodoro restaurant it won’t escape your notice that the walls are decorated with an array of framed photographs. Apart from the odd print of Maradona or Sophia Loren, all of the images were taken especially for them on the streets of Napoli.
