THE FULL FOOD LINE-UP
Ace Lolly are the makers of natural fruit, dairy and cocktail ice lollies. Based in Anglesey they are the first of their kind in North Wales, using fresh ingredients sourced locally where possible. Welsh business partners Phil and Rhys took the decision to bring ice lollies invented in Mexico to their home country of Wales.
Since starting in 2014 they’ve attended festivals/events, catered for weddings and are now sold in outlets across the North West. Popular with children and adults alike, their wide range of flavours cater for every palate.
Having started in London with just a table, a pot and a belly full of chutzpah, Anna Mae’s is now one of most talked about boutique street food brands around. They will be at Festival No. 6 for the first time with their award winning pimped up Mac N Cheese.
ATE was born out of a passion for food and meeting new people – so street food was the perfect avenue to fulfil our dream. Established in 2013 it’s taken us all over London to different street food events, further afield to summer festivals and even a recent stint in Abu Dhabi.
Our brand ethos is about quality, great flavours and choice for everyone who comes to our handsome Citroen H Van, Apollo. We serve a range of slow cooked meat and vegetarian brioche sliders which are perfect if you want to share, or if you want A Taste Experience and choose from our menu of 6 options. Our ingredients are all ethically sourced and free range.
Bagel Boy are an independent bagel business based in Bristol. We jam pack our bagels with delicious, hearty fillings, made with only the best, locally sourced ingredients. From traditional hot salt beef through deli classics such as smoked salmon and cream cheese to breakfasts, and some great veggie and vegan inventions, we have bagels to suit every taste. The bagels themselves are baked by hand in Bristol using traditional methods and we also do great coffee! Our bagels will fill you up for ages, so are perfect for hungry festival goers. Come give us a try!
Bel-Air is the new home of feel good fast food in Shoreditch. Founded by entrepreneur, Andrew Bredon, Bel-Air is inspired by the laid-back LA food scene; offering a melting pot of cuisines that are both nourishing and joyous to eat, packed with well-sourced ingredients and bold flavours.
Bringing a slice of sunshine to Wales, Bel-Air’s offering will focus on the virtuous and restorative – with wholesome breakfast dishes and healthy barbecue to see festivalgoers through the weekend (whatever the weather!).
The Coffee Camper is a mobile artisan cafe selling ethically sourced, freshly roasted coffee, tea and homemade cakes at events across the land as well as delivering coffee directly to your front door. We aim to provide a daily, affordable, wonderful treat, delivered in a fun, tasty and sustainable way. As members of the 1% For The Planet organisation we give a percentage of our turnover to environmental charities.
Our stall offers beautiful fresh food, cooked to order. Some dishes that you will have heard of before, others that are a little more unusual. We use only the freshest of ingredients & are always experimenting with some different flavours. We are passionate about what we do & the quality of our food is our priority.
You can watch the Italian chefs cook your pasta dish step by step in the theatrical environment of our kitchen. All our pasta is made on sight, so while your dish is being cooked, you can also watch the pasta being produced. We believe it’s important to know where your food has come from and how it has been produced, and this is what we endeavour to show. Everything about our stalls drips in Italian charm; our bar has been painstakingly made from old tinned tomato cans, and recycled wood, enhancing our organic approach to our food.
Trained in Brittany, the crêpe capital of the world, Crêpe Lucette offers you a scrumptious piece of history. The smell of our delicious sweet and savoury crepes will make your mouth water as they are made fresh to order in front of you. Our ingredients are handpicked from local, free range producers to ensure that our crêpes are the freshest and tastiest around. It is Crêpe Lucettes mission to provide something unique, that is tasty, fresh and sustainable and supports local communities and businesses… not to mention glamorous!!

CUPP specialise in Taiwanese Bubble Tea and iced tea. We’re proud to say we’re the only bubble tea company in the UK who uses fresh fruit and milk for their bubble teas and fruit teas. Our teas are healthy, refreshing and perfect on a sunny festival day but they’re also vegetarian and vegan friendly!
Dorshi – Re-imagining East Asian street food using locally sourced British produce. Winners of the Young British Foodie, Best Street Food Award. They will be serving their signature hand-made dumplings filled with some wonderful, eclectic combinations such as Pork & Creamy Black Pudding, Hake & Nettle Kimchi, Mushroom & Dorset Red Cheddar amongst others. The variety of dumplings also come with a range of homemade sauces, colourful salads, noodles or just some dirty fries!
Fabulous Fish Fingers
FFFCo was built on a love of all things Fish Finger Sandwiches… this much overlooked fabulous treat has been re-invented by Fanny and her crew who now tour all of the Summer festivals, selling our gourmet delights! From traditional classics such as cod fingers on our homemade tartar sauce to the slightly more exotic salmon fingers with wasabi mayo, we have something to please everyone, and we can guarantee that it will be the best fish finger sandwich you will ever taste!
We don’t take ourselves too seriously either, combining a truly fabulous service with a good dollop of good old fashioned British seaside humour… It’s a pleasure to be a part of Festival No.6 for a second year and we can’t wait to see all the friends we made last year again – so come down and find us at the Estuary!
Faeryfloss Boutique simply serves beautiful candyfloss, traditionally wrapped around wooden sticks. We use raw cane, fair trade, organic sugar in a variety of colours and flavours. The candyfloss cart is an up-cycled 1950’s vintage pram, and the machine is powered by sunshine and gas. We are ethical, up cycled, and ‘green’. Our small (or not so small!) customers are encouraged to ring the faery bell and make wishes as the sugar magically turns into candyfloss. They leave liberally sprinkled with faery dust. Our bigger customers are encouraged to try their hand at spinning their own! Come have a go.
Feast Feast Feast
Bringing a feast of the Middle East to fields and food markets across Britain. Charred handmade flatbread wraps or big fat mezze boxes full to the brim with a delectable array of chermouleh spiced chicken, salads, salsas and sauces to delight discerning food lovers (even those with vegan, vegetarian or gluten free diets.) Responsibly sourced ingredients prepared by people who love to cook and to eat.
The Garlic Farm Field Kitchen serves gourmet garlic inspired food. A genuine, quality offering is made using locally sourced ingredients, large quantities of fresh produce, original recipes and of course, loads of garlic. Our beef chilli, slow cooked in garlic, coffee and spices topped with cumin infused sour cream, mature somerset cheddar, fresh coriander and sweet roquito chillis is as comforting and hearty as it gets. Our gourmet garlic mushrooms with chorizo sizzle away in our pans all day long sending garlic aromas far and wide through the party field. All served with our epic garlic bread. As well as serving up really great food we like to think of ourselves as a garlic hub. Answering questions on cooking with garlic, garlic growing and any other info we can share with the crowd we will.
Goodness Gracious Healthy Foods
Goodness Gracious Healthy Foods are a regular at Festival No. 6 having traded there since its beginning. At the UK FESTIVAL AWARDS 2014 we were voted CATERER OF THE YEAR, we offer a healthy alternative, to balance the excesses consumed at the festival! Top sellers last year were : Falafel with Grilled Halloumi and Hummus and the Spicy Mexican burger all served with our mouth watering salads; our Antipodean style barista coffee also hit the spot. As in the past we are located in one of the chalets just inside the main arena.
Gordon's Sweets deliver the best quality sweets, fudge and gourmet liquorice at a variety of the UK’s biggest festivals throughout the year. We stock over 180 jars of traditional and not so traditional sweets, some of the finest handmade fudge and liquorice that is sourced from all around the world. Our show stall will remind you of the good old days and allow you to reminisce as you treat yourself to a mixed bag chosen by you. So step back in time and come and pop by and say hello at Festival No.6.
Halls Dorset Smokery
Halls Dorset Smokery will be sited in the campsite to provide the most amazing British traditionally smoked Bacon in a fresh roll as well as all the lovely Hot smoked goodies in a wrap that’s crammed full of fresh salads. We smoke at the festival Salmon, Brie, Halloumi and Chicken Breast. So come on down to cure your hangover with our Bacon Roll Meal Deal or freshen up with a lovely wrap.
At Hedonist Bakery we create handmade additive free indulgent breads which can be enjoyed freshly baked anytime.
We will be bringing our ethos of fresh indulgences in the campsite of Festival No.6. For breakfast we will be offering freshly baked patisserie, hot buttered toast and jams and porridge pots. Throughout the evening we will serving platters of Welsh rarebit made using our handmade speciality breads, Welsh cheeses and local relishes.
And all day, from dawn to late, offering amazing espresso coffees, smooth hot chocolate, fair trade teas and fresh juice.
Los Churros Amigos
Los Churros Amigos make the TASTIEST, FRESHEST CHURROS and melted BELGIAN CHOCOLATE money can buy and have catered at most of the UK’s biggest festivals and sporting events.
Having spent many a long day working on the perfect recipe to create a taste sensation, the Amigos have created a fun and vibrant atmosphere with their unique hand built stalls and their happy go-lucky staff who are sure to put a smile on your face.
Since setting up a tiny little stall exactly 10 years ago, we have truly grown into a slick, smart, food offering gracing a variety of farmers’ markets, street markets and festivals throughout the year, developing our French Method & Technique Cookery School and our bespoke Catering & Events Facilties.
Having many years of practice, we constantly review, change and streamline our menus to suit our customers’ demands.
We bring a THEATRE OF FOOD to all the festivals we attend with FABULOUS FRENCH FOOD cooked and served from our huge PAELLERA PANS set up in front of everyone.
We also like to stand out from the crowd!!! by pulling you in with our stunning vintage Citroën HVan – you will spot us from afar and it will bring a smile to your face!
Our love of food and festivals inspired us to explore how we could ‘shake up’ an old favourite. We wanted to create a milkshake which was thick, creamy and original. Disappointed with milky blended chocolate bars we reinvented the ice cream shake. We have taken the nation’s favourite desserts and added a generous helping of ice cream topped with freshly whipped cream. Our seven magnificent flavours are individually blended at events in our vintage ice cream trailer using REAL ingredients.
Mama Muesli will be serving festival goers a delicious wholesome and nutritious breakfast and other delights at Festival Number Six out of a restyled decorated horse trailer. Mama Muesli specializes in homemade organic granola, porridge and muesli packed with berries, nuts and oats and served with local organic creamy yogurt and milk and fresh fruit. They also offer a selection of hot drinks and cold drinks – From Yorkshire tea and fresh coffee to chai and Herbal teas, Juices and the best freshly made Mango Lassis this side of India. For the sweet tooth there’s a selection of homemade cakes and flapjacks. Julia and Nick have a great love of food, coming from a farming background in North Yorkshire – experimenting with different varieties of granola at home, they decided that festival goers deserved a scrumptious, healthy and filling breakfast after camping out all night.

Morty's & Bob's
After a sell-out 2014 at FN6, Morty & Bob’s are back this year with their legendary Grilled Cheese sandwiches. Using the finest British cheeses, local produce and sourdough bread, they have revived the humble cheese toastie- transforming a childhood classic into a street food favourite.
Their unique three-cheese blend is grilled on sourdough with a secret M&B cheese sauce and a sprinkling of mixed onions: oozy in the middle, crispy on the outside. The fillings are as important as the cheese, all freshly made and locally sourced. On the side they serve crispy sweet potato fries and EVERYTHING comes with a free pickle.
We first starting making our drinks for family and friends in our home from the cottage where the District Nurse once had her practice, hence the name given to our company. We are a very small, but very thirsty, traditional cottage producer specializing in flavours that our hedgerow’s and fields have to offer. Our drinks are great for hydrating party people, come and see Andrew and Lucy in our little wagon and we will quench your thirst.
Paellaria’s lip-smacking paella is 100% homemade on site using only the finest, hand-picked ingredients sourced and imported from the Valencia region in Spain. Home of the famous ‘Bi-Ella Paella’ (Half chicken and chorizo/Half verduras). All paellas are GLUTEN FREE and the ‘Paella de Verduras’ is vegan…Winner of ‘Best Concession’ UK Festival Award 2012 and shortlisted again in 2014!

The Pembrokeshire Beach Food Company
The Pembrokeshire Beach Food Company developed their recipes over time whilst working at the forefront of the street food scene, winning ‘Best British Street Food’ in 2011 in their rickety old beach shack dubbed Café Mor which still travels the high seas to this day. The products they make are the menu they serve are the results of listening to what works. They have revived the use of laverbread and given seaweed a new edge, by creating innovative styles of food and using exciting and fresh branding. The company’s core values are to use sustainable, high quality produce which is sourced locally where possible. They are firm supporters of the marine conservation society and strive to lessen their impact on the beautiful coast that surrounds them.
Ever since Award Winning pie company, Pieminister arrived on the festival scene in 2004, it has become the go-to food stall for a new generation of festival goers who rate the food on offer as much as who’s head-lining. There’s something about tucking into a really fantastic hot pie that goes hand in hand with the perfect festival experience.

Our interest and knowledge of juicing was sparked by understanding the power of plants and their therapeutic properties.
Our passion came from experiencing the benefits of including delicious nutrient rich juice into our daily lives, boosting energy vitality and health. S’Juice me was born out of desire to share these benefits with you. Somewhere in a sunny (or rainy!) field. Festival life, where feeling great and full of energy is most important! STAKEhaus is a steak house in its purest form. Serving up slamming Steaks with a choice of homemade sauces and lots of Fries. We look to use different cuts of meat from the cow to cut down on costs, e.g. Bavette, Flat Iron and Onglet, and then round the meal off with a choice of either French Fries, Sweet Potato Fries or Courgette Fries. A match made in meaty heaven.

Tampopo are your Festival Friends for the very best Pan Asian streetfood cuisine. Born in Manchester, their restaurant has been serving up East Asian dishes for nearly 20 years. They’ve take the culinary show on the road especially for Festival Number 6, and will be bringing you slow cooked soothing curries, kick-ass stir fries, nourishing noodles… everything necessary for soul-saving Festival food!
The Cheese Truck
The Cheese Truck set out to celebrate all that is great about British Cheese, we make and sell a range of delicious dishes all using the best locally sourced and free range ingredients. From our signature grilled cheese sandwiches to our gooey fondue fries and the ultimate macaroni and cheese.
All the cheese we use comes from within the British Isles and is sourced direct from the farm by ourselves. Using seasonal, locally sourced and free range produce is an important part of our business.
The Ice Shed
The Ice Shed invites you to cool down at the hottest festivals this summer. We sell ice and cooler bags so you can keep your own food and beverages cool while you camp. We know the campsites are where the fun begins, so we will be onsite to rescue campers from warm drinks, with our Ice Bike providing a roaming service plus complementary delivery for VIP campers. The Ice Shed prides itself on being a carbon neutral operation and each bag of ice bought by you means a portion of our profit will be donated to a charity.
The Olive Bar
The Olive Bar Kitchen has been in street food for nearly twenty years and trade every week at London’s famous Portobello Rd market. Starting out as a purely olive and anti-pasti stall we have since moved into bbq and salad. We cook over charcoal in specially designed 44 gallon drum BBQ’s and tailor our food to what’s seasonal and local. So Festival No 6 can expect along with our famous smoked and BBQ pork ribs , some whole legs of Welsh lamb marinated with maroccan spices and slowly cooked over the glowing coals. Freshly prepared salads and a selection of olives and anti-pasti will make a great accompaniment.
The Whole Cheese
The whole cheese was founded in 2012 by a cheese maker who wanted to spread the good word of cheese . We provide a range of delicious hot and cold organic cheese options served from our 1970’s converted horse trailer!
Bristol based ‘Tincan Coffee Co’ was Established in 2011 and have become a common sight in many a festival field throughout the UK, keeping folk perked up from our fleet of original, unusual vintage trucks.
We will be serving up our own exclusive, seasonal espresso blend of some of the world best directly traded coffees along with single origin filter, award winning cakes from family run independent bakery, not to mention over ice & ice blended caffeine taste sensations, rain or shine’ Tincan’ has got your back! #BESTCOFFEEINANYFIELD
Keep your eyes peeled for our first all year round coffee stop, as we are venturing into bricks and mortar very soon but still maintaining our festival heritage!
The village deli is run by classically trained chef Darrell Haylett. With his team they make scotch eggs on site in four delicious flavours: Traditional, Chorizo and Red Pepper, Black Pudding, and Vegetarian Falafel. The scotch eggs are served hot and crispy on the outside with a soft centre and can be enjoyed on their own as a snack or for breakfast. And also as a meal with sweet potato fries and coleslaw. On top of this they also offer ploughmans lunches, bacon and egg rolls, and a large selection of fair-trade teas and coffees.
Voodoo Ray’s is famed for our massive New York style 22″ pizzas served by the slice. Our pizzas are stone baked in large ovens and prepared fresh on site, using our secret dough recipe. The menu is vegetarian friendly and includes vegan pizza options. After spending a lot of time in New York Voodoo Ray’s decided to bring the famous slice culture back with us, and our 22” gourmet pizzas have now become an institution in our East London restaurants. Our mobile pizza trailer with two large American Baker’s Pride deck ovens built into it now allows us to serve up our massive 22” pizzas anywhere in the uk! We can’t wait to be back at this year’s event!

WHERE THE PANCAKES ARE… is a place you’ve never imagined. It’s a place where you can enjoy nutritious buttermilk-buckwheat pancakes and crisp fluffy dairy-free waffles made with duck eggs. At our oversized Dutch-design outdoors restaurant at FN6 , our gourmet menu will inspire new pancake memories with seasonal, savoury, sweet and colourful recipes. WHERE THE PANCAKES ARE…was the No. 1 Pop-Up in Time Out after it’s launch in Hackney, London in February 2015. Yolk is a pop-up kitchen on a mission – to serve the best eggs you’ve ever eaten. We take this mission very seriously and have spent years researching and refining. Basically, we’re egg geeks, and will go to great lengths in search of perfection. We think our eggs Benedict, Royale and Florentine might just be it – but don’t take our word for it!
