Taste London is happening right now, here's some pics to get you in the mood.

I went to Taste of London last night, and it got me right in the Christmas spirit with warm drinks and great food. Had a good time, spent most of my time happening across new parts of the event with even more things going on. Quite surprising really, a labyrinth of flavour and intrigue. Tobacco Dock is the place, the time is now, and the awesome chefs are waiting.
As if I needed instruction - but cool lettering anyway!
Now this is my kind of display...
Maze Grill serving up fabulous soft shell crab and snowcrab.
Live cooking demonstrations at The Fire Pit
Sophie Michell at Pont Street did the best food there I reckon, beautifully presented and by far the most care and attention to flavour.
This was the star of the show, truffle burger. Oh my.
Busy, and lots of people, loads of stands and a fair amount of gin!
More cooking demos, this cake is THE NUTS by Guts and Gluttony! Thyme in cake is my new fave.
People can get a chance to try cooking on AEG's new induction hobs, and a mind-blowingly interesting induction wok stand.
See - told you, it's an interesting piece of kit eh!
Such a nice chap Jeremy Pang from the school of wok.
Kurobuta as busy as ever.
Bad photo I agree, but the beef cheek from Truscott Cellar was awesome.
More stands, tons of wine and cheese!
T2 making a great stand, must be 100 flavours there! - Great steeped gin too.
Monica Galetti and Andrew Fishwick with cookery instruction and stories of new restaurants. Loads of fun.
